PSYCHOMETRICS TEST


A psychometric test is a standardized assessment tool used to measure an individual’s mental
capabilities, personality traits, behaviour, and aptitude. These tests are commonly used in
recruitment, education, and personal development to evaluate a person’s abilities, preferences, and
psychological attributes.


Types of Psychometric Tests:
